HHCC offers a service called Support Coordination where our skilled support coordinators collaborate with you to arrange your support. As a participant in the NDIS Support Care Program, we will be able to assist you in understanding your plan and help you to find right the people and the resources you need to live the life you desire.

Our team is more than capable of providing you with a solution for all your needs whether it may be learning specific skills or supporting with daily tasks that may include community activities and participation, fishing, BBQ, recreational sports activities and more.
